Context

The YAKO Website is the company's owned digital foundation. It needs to represent the company, active products and honest work while remaining ready for future publishing and verified case studies.

Problem

A founder-led product company needs enough clarity and evidence to earn trust without relying on invented clients, metrics or generic agency language.

Product direction

The platform prioritizes clear information architecture, multilingual consistency, reusable product storytelling and direct conversion paths while keeping Journal and future content structures ready but honest.

Key decisions

  • Use one maintained content structure across three locales
  • Keep project status visible wherever work appears
  • Build reusable page and case-study primitives
  • Treat owner data and real assets as explicit launch dependencies

Design system

The approved light Crystal UI uses Manrope, purposeful white space, thin cool borders, restrained blue-violet accents and a modular YAKO Core visual language.

Technical foundation

Next.js App Router, strict TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, next-intl, Sanity-ready schemas and automated checks form the current implementation. Deployment remains configurable for the verified owner account.
